Tilton 800-Series Firewall-Mount Pedal Assembly

Tilton 800-Series pedal assemblies have been redesigned to feature an ultra-efficient trunnion type balance bar and billet aluminum brake pedal arm, replacing the original version of 800-Series pedal assemblies that utilized a spherical bearing type balance bar in a forged aluminum pedal. Latest update features an ultra-efficient 900 Series 7/16”-20 trunnion type balance bar virtually eliminates brake migration through braking zone

• Brake Master cylinders are sold separately
• Clutch Master cylinders are sold separately

• Remote Bias Adjuster is required to prevent the balance bar from free rotation

Features:

• Fully optimized for strength and weight using Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Billet aluminum brake pedal with ball bearings in pivot
• Forged aluminum clutch pedal with oil-impregnated bronze bushing in pivot
• Lightweight and high-strength aluminum frame
• Adjustable pedal ratio (5.0:1 to 6.2:1) enables the brake pedal to be tuned to driver preference without having to change master cylinder bore size
• Foot pads can be adjusted vertically, horizontally and in angle to suit individual driver preferences
