Tilton 800-Series pedal assemblies have been redesigned to feature an ultra-efficient trunnion type balance bar and billet aluminum brake pedal arm, replacing the original version of 800-Series pedal assemblies that utilized a spherical bearing type balance bar in a forged aluminum pedal. Latest update features an ultra-efficient 900 Series 7/16”-20 trunnion type balance bar virtually eliminates brake migration through braking zone

Remote Bias Adjuster is required to prevent the balance bar from free rotation

- Fully optimized for strength and weight using Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Billet aluminum brake pedal with ball bearings in pivot
- Forged aluminum clutch pedal with oil-impregnated bronze bushing in pivot
- Lightweight and high-strength aluminum frame
- Adjustable pedal ratio (5:3 to 5.8:1) enables the brake pedal to be tuned to driver preference without having to change master cylinder bore size
- Foot pads can be adjusted vertically, horizontally and in angle to suit individual driver preferences
- Throttle linkage kits options for mechanical linkage and Drive-by-Wire systems (sold separately)
